2017College Scholarship

The Amityville Junior League is proud to present 2017 College Essay Scholarship competition.Amityville and Amity Harbor School district students (including public and private schools) are eligible to participate.  This competition is open to any graduating high school senior who will be attending college in the fall. The total award prize is $2,000.

2016 Holiday Homes Tour

On Dec 3rd, 2016 the Junior League of Amityville proudly presented the "Life is Grand" Holiday Homes Tour celebrating the homes of Grand Central Avenue in Amityville.

We had about 400 visitors from all over Long Island. Proceeds from the tour will be destined to pur scholarships programs and the beautification of the village.

2016 AMHS Seniors Attending Prom!

On June 2nd 2016 the Amityville Junior League presented Amityville High School Senior Advisor, Margot Howard, with two checks and gift certificates to help two high school students in need of financial assistance attend their Senior Prom on June 23rd 2016. Along with a check to pay for her prom ticket, the female recipient received a $100 gift card to purchase a dress. The male recipient also received a check to purchase his ticket along with a gift certificate to purchase a boutonniere and a gift certificate to rent a tuxedo, generously donated by Johnson's Florist and the Amityville Men's Shop.

The Ellen Ricciuti Leadership and Service Award

On June 2nd, 2016 the Junior League of Amityville presented the Ellen Ricciuti Leadership and Service Award at the Amityville High School Awards Ceremony.
